How does it work?
A heating element and a vibration motor sit inside a padded wrap that closes over your knee with velcro. Two buttons cycle the heat through three levels and the vibration through three more. It runs on its own battery and shuts off after fifteen minutes.
Is it safe to use?
It is a comfort device, not a medical one. Do not use it on broken skin, do not sleep with it switched on, and if you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, or are under a doctor's care for your knee, ask them first.
How long does a charge last?
The 4000 mAh battery covers several fifteen-minute sessions before it needs the USB-C cable. Nothing plugs into the wall while you are wearing it.
Can I use it on my shoulder or elbow?
Yes — that is what the extra straps are for. Same unit, shorter or longer strap. It fits anything from 13 to 22 inches around.

Is this a medical device?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is a personal comfort device — heat and vibration, nothing else. It does not treat a condition. If your knee needs treating, that is a conversation with a doctor.
Does it plug into the wall?
No. It charges by USB-C and runs on its own battery, so nothing is plugged in while you are wearing it and no cable runs across the floor.
How hot does it actually get?
Up to 149°F (65°C) on the highest of three settings. Most people settle on the middle one at 131°F. Start lower and work up.
How long should I use it?
It shuts off by itself after fifteen minutes. That is the session it is built around, and it is plenty.
Will it fit me?
It fits 13 to 22 inches around, which covers almost everyone. If it does not fit you, send it back inside ninety days and we pay the shipping.
Can I wear it over jeans?
It works best on bare skin or over something thin. Over heavy denim you will lose most of the heat.
Does it really work on the shoulder and elbow?
Yes. Same unit, different strap — all three are in the box. Plenty of people buy it for a knee and end up using it on a shoulder after a long day at a desk.
